1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Insty Prints website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Quotations and Orders
- All price quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if specifications are updated.
- Any additional fees (e.g., delivery or rush charges) will be communicated before order confirmation.
- An order is considered final once a deposit is made and design proofs are approved.
3. Payments
- A 50% down payment is required to begin production. The balance is due before release or delivery of the finished product.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, GCash, or PayPal.
- All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate order specifications
- Submitting high-resolution files in acceptable formats
- Reviewing and approving proofs before printing
- Making timely payments to avoid delays
5. Production and Turnaround
- Production timelines vary depending on the service and volume.
- Rush orders are subject to additional charges and will only be accepted based on production capacity.
- Delays caused by late approvals or payments are beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting designs or content, you confirm you own the rights or have obtained the necessary permissions. Insty Prints is not liable for printing copyrighted or infringing materials provided by the client.
7. Product Quality and Liability
- We aim to produce output that matches the approved design proof.
- Minor variations in color, alignment, or material may occur and are considered within industry standards.
- Our liability is limited to reprinting or refunding the amount paid for the affected item(s), at our discretion.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer allowed and deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds for defective products must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
